Adding some affiliate program on your website can generate some extra revenue for you. There are a plenty and you can choose more than one at a time. Google Adsense is one of the best of these. Before choosing for any affiliate program please make sure that -
1. Ads are related to your site.
2. People who visit your site will also visit ad sites.
3. Always look for 'Pay per thousand ads impression', Because visitors mostly ignore ads.
4. Increase your site traffic by adding more service and make sure that most of them are also free.
5. Do not try to use any cheap tricks like clicking ads your self. This will probably get you banned from affiliated service.

Blu-Ray Disc
What is a blu-ray disc or BD?
Blu-ray Disc (BD) is next-generation optical disc which is considered as the successor of currently used DVDs. BD is developed by a group of international electronics manufacturers under the name of “Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA)”. BDA includes - Apple, Dell, Hitachi, HP, JVC, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Pioneer, Philips, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, TDK and Thomson and many more.
A BD has a whopping five times the storage capacity of a DVD. So it can hold a data of 25GB. It can be single sided or double sided; a double sided disc can contain 50GB of data. BDs primary use is related to hi-definition movies but it is equally useful for data storage. BD is very similar to a traditional DVD disc in look and feel.
Difference from DVDs and CDs
BD’s absolutely of same size. So a player which plays BDs will also play DVDs and CDs. The main difference is use of blue ray laser instead of red ray laser, as in DVDs and CDs. Now a question can arise “what is the benefit of using blue ray laser?” The benefit of using blue laser is its shorter wavelength which is 405nm than a red laser having wavelength of 650nm. So it provides a greater precision than red laser, the higher the precision the smaller will be each storage sector on the disc. This helps BD to store more data in same size.
Industry Support
According to BDA, the association holding the research, 170 media companies, movie and game production houses and computer peripheral manufactures are currently supporting this new technology. Many electronic majors already announced their BD players and other are soon going to announce their players. Currently the price tag is put at $1000 to $1800; this price tag will soon come down.
Applications of BD
Data Storage – With a storage capacity of 50GB, mass storage is certainly a fascinating property of BDs. High Definition TV and Video – With audience through out world are switching on HDTV (High Definition TV), recording and video will be much easier using BDs. High Definition Camcorder Archiving – Home videos will soon be able to record High Definition video with use of BDs. Archiving – Mass storage of data, music and images will be no problem with 50 GB space on one disc.
Features of BD
Except some features like backward compatibility with DVDs and CDs, 50 GB storage and use of blue laser, there are many unique features which are included in BD.
1. Strong copyright protection mechanism – Unlike CDs and DVDs, industry is trying to make BDs piracy free. For this a mandatory copy protection mechanism is employed.
2. Long life – the industry is keen to keep BD format relevant for at least 10 to 15 years. They will try to put all the modifications before making it popular.
3. Cost – BDA is claiming the cost of writing and cost of disc will be very close to DVDs, in spite the fact of higher storage. So, the outcome cost per GB will be very low.
4. Anti scratch – hard coated BD needs no cartridge and it is robust against scratches and fingerprints.
Conclusion
With a great industry support, Blu-ray Disc will soon become popular due to lots of features it has. BDs for computers are under development while BDs for videos already entered the market. I welcome this new technology and wish it a great future.

Learning Curve
The best way to improve english i have a learning curve. This is helpful to ppl living in India and having better written english but due to lack of practice very simple spoken english ... The curve is made up of following points --
1. Fast Finish -- choose a set of words or sentences and try to say it fastly or in other words try to fish them fast ... what is use of it ?? if u finish a set of word fastly ur total spoken time will reduce ... this will help u in hiding ur disabilities . When u r choosing the set for fast finish make sure u also choose high class word/sentences, which in otehr sense help u to better ur english also.
2. Clarify -- Indian ppl have a definite accent. slowly u can switch to a better accent , but my friend make sure u will lead to it slowly , not in quick fly... Choose a word and make sure that , from now off i will never pronounce this in other manner , what u were using previously ...
3. Repeated sentence system -- choose a set of sentences and try to use them every now and then ... this will help u to fasten ur total speaking time ...
Have fun with these amendment in ur language ......

Shout Casting is tough
I yesterday found some links to start your own radio station. It is called Shoutcast and it is provided by no other Winamp. Really cool idea. But man you cant get it easy. See our network is not hassle and bustle free... many routers and firewall are there , they are the main villion of my story. After downloading a few dll and other and then starting up they are providing some idiot error - Nak error. Now i gone for the help forum and can u believe what is in the first sticky note - please dont ask us for Nak error ... I said , Jesuss , dont say so. Now they are saying go to this link and have your question answered ...
I have gone there and then I came to know .. its really hard to shoutcast... The author of the answer link is herself very confused .....
I will try the same thing in W2k OS istead of XP and lets see what happens ....
Today , it was Raksha bandhan ( if u dont know what is it close this page now !!! ) . It was probably 24 of my life and see I misssed my sisters only 1 time .... every year atleast 1 of them is there to tie the beautiful silken thread for a life long relationship... I am really touched ... Ruby was there for this year.... She missed only 1 RB among 24 ... so she is there for all 23 incl. todays...
